PENWORTHAM GOLF CLUB

Found just outside Preston, in the heart of Lancashire, is Penwortham golf course, a lovely, slightly undulating eighteen-hole course. You can enjoy the picturesque surroundings over 5865 yards of challenging golf, with hazards aplenty to keep you poised and on-your-toes. Choosing your clubs carefully and keeping your wits about you is essential if your scorecard is to be respectable after eighteen holes.

The green fees are very reasonable.  A round costs £27 during the week and £35 at the weekend.  For tee time availability please contact the Club's Professional on 01772 742345.

384 yard Par 4, Stroke Index 5 (Gents), 340 yard Par 4, Stroke Index 6 (Ladies).  Read more

Relatively short Par 4 hole measuring 326 yards from the Gent's tee (Stroke Index 17) and 307 yards (Stroke Index 12) from the Ladies tee.  Read more
